As everyone now knows, energy or structural requalification works entitle you to an Irpef refund spread over five years equal to 110%, 65%, or 50% of the expense; alternatively, you can request a discount on the invoice from the company carrying out the work, or transfer the credit to a third party, for example a bank or insurance company. It should be considered that, probably, the real estate market in the coming years will not be very lively and those who can offer a renovated property with a modern look and lower consumption will certainly have an advantage over those offering an outdated property; a more beautiful and eco-friendly house is much more attractive, that's a fact. Therefore, it follows that requalified properties will be less affected by future fluctuations related to the ongoing crisis, further increasing the “gap” resulting from the property value enhancement achieved thanks to the intervention.
